My journey began in customer service, working in call centers where I found my passion for organization and administrative work.

After completing office administration training at Job Corps, I moved through various roles, from receptionist to administrative assistant, across industries like healthcare, human resources, finance, and tech.

In 2018, I discovered my true calling: supporting small business owners with their entrepreneurial ventures.

The freedom I gained through this work — creating my own schedule, income goals, and pursuing my ambitions — ignited my love for helping others streamline their businesses.

But my journey hasn’t always been easy.

Personal struggles, including challenges with my children and mental health, once temporarily derailed my path. I allowed others to dictate my direction for a time, but I knew deep down this wasn't the life I wanted.

Through therapy, I found my strength, and I’m back stronger than ever, now coaching virtual assistants to build and scale their businesses. My personal and professional experiences give me the unique insight and empathy to help others achieve their dreams, not just survive — but thrive. This is why I’m so passionate about what I do.
